Hi, my name is Dino
ROME PHOTOGRAPHER
Born in southern Italy, in Catanzaro in 1972. I live in Rome since I was 8 years old. I’ve always been passionate about photography. My graduate of the Higher Institute of Cinema and Television, my specialization is in Still Photography. I’m happily married and has two wonderful children.
I love to drive around the Eternal City, and I’m an expert on discovering special locations that are not frequented by tourists. I love people smiling and I really like to photograph you smiles!!
Let’s speak with Dino
Being a photographer is a definite life choice, and photographers, being artists, often question themselves. What prompted you to do it ?
My interest in Photography was born by chance but I soon realized that it would allow me to satisfy my curiosity about the real world and I would have the opportunity to travel to expand my knowledge.
Being able to choose which subjects to photograph, from nature to real estate via businesses, what made you choose couples and families photography-in addition to wedding photography?
I have always preferred to photograph people because this allows me to establish personal relationships with which to develop my growth.Getting to know people through photography allows me to make their feelings visible.
To date what is the photo shoot you are most proud of and why ?
All the photo shoots I do enrich me with feelings but the one I remember most fondly is when I was commissioned to photograph “during an event” almost all the royals of Europe. Proud, because I had been specially chosen for the occasion.A photo in theory simple but loaded with responsibility in being able to capture good images in a very short fraction of time.It was a success.
Why do you think a professional photo shoot during a vacation is the best memory a couple-a family-a single traveler-can take home ?
We are full of images taken during the vacations with our cell phones, unthought out photos, framed in a quick and random way ,often the usual selfie where only the background changes or the classic postcard photo.The images of a photo shoot during a vacation give first of all the opportunity to enjoy the moment ,they have a different visual that can ‘be emphasized with tricks that only a professional photographer with his knowledge and sensitivity can enhance.
What is the photo shoot you would like to do that you haven’t done yet ?
I would like to tell with images an itinerant journey of a couple or a family in our Peninsula to accompany their joy in discovering the richness of our territory.
Why do you like creating memories for Pix Around’s clients ?
My goal is to create memories that remain in time and travel the world.
