BARCELONA PHOTOGRAPHER

Edward Steichen once said, “A portrait is not made in the camera but on either side of it.” I’ve told you about my side of the camera but there would be nothing to show you were it not for the work of Olya, our photographer.

"Olya is probably the most organized photographer I’ve worked with. I regularly create mood boards with locations I want to capture and poses that I think will work (so I don’t repeat myself across different shoots) but understandably many photographers are too busy to take notice until the actual day of the shoot. Olya not only memorized my mood board, but she also created her own and spent the day before our shoot walking (and test shooting) everything to make sure that she could capture everything. Even though our shoot lasted 9 hours (from 7 AM to 4 PM) she was so energetic that even the Duracell bunny would not be able to keep up with her. Without her energy, sense of humor, and passion I don’t think we would have been able to make this session the success that it was."
